Rates

Our counselors provide a sliding scale fee that allows for counseling to be affordable for all those in need.

Individual

• $100 per hour | LPCC | Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate | A pre-licensed Master's level therapist accruing hours for licensure

• $125 per hour | LPC | Licensed Professional Counselor | A licensed clinician

Couples

• $150 - $200 an hour

  • 60 Minutes - Couples Therapy

  • 90 Minutes - Gottman Method Couples Therapy

Supervision Rates

• $80 for an hour of supervision.

  • This rate can be split between two counselors in order to provide didactic supervision for $40 each.

Insurance 

Our team works with Cigna, United, TriCare, Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as other healthcare plans.

If you desire to use your insurance as a way of paying for mental health services, we must give you a diagnosis after your first clinical session. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health/substance abuse insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment

Cancellation Policy 

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
